This role will see you guiding clients to maximizing the impact of our digital offering, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Tech-Sales to ensure alignment between client needs and our product strategy. Success in this role will be measured by retention, customer satisfaction (CSAT), onboarding velocity, and your ability to identify and influence opportunities for client expansion.
You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. This role will allow you to use your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations to clients for their campaigns.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships and driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform. Duties include campaign management, and account expansion opportunities across Enterprise brands and agencies, where you’ll work closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI.
