Position Overview:

  • Oversee a single, high-value strategic client relationship.
  • Serve as the global point of accountability for all aspects of the client partnership.
  • Drive long-term success by aligning Elite’s solutions to the client’s business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the global account plan, including revenue growth, retention, renewals, and cloud migration strategy for the client.
  • Drive year-over-year expansion through proactive identification of new opportunities across business units and geographies.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and renewal cycles.

Qualifications:

  • 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
