Position Overview:
- Oversee a single, high-value strategic client relationship.
- Serve as the global point of accountability for all aspects of the client partnership.
- Drive long-term success by aligning Elite’s solutions to the client’s business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global account plan, including revenue growth, retention, renewals, and cloud migration strategy for the client.
- Drive year-over-year expansion through proactive identification of new opportunities across business units and geographies.
- Manage complex commercial negotiations and renewal cycles.
Qualifications:
- 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
