Responsible for driving expansion revenue within the existing Tebra customer base. The base population is a range of SMB medical practices who are managed within the Tebra Tech Touch segment. Will execute the team’s base monetization playbook while identifying opportunities for further growth and revenue expansion.

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for retaining and growing Everbridge’s customer base. Support the department's strategy to ensure sustainable high performance. Success in this role is measured by achieving 95+% retention rates and driving revenue growth within the account base. This team is collaborative, results-driven, and high-performing.

Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute a plan for driving results within your portfolio, working collaboratively to secure successful renewals and expansions across Middle East, CIS & CEE regions. Use Gainsight and leverage customer data to proactively monitor account health, drive adoption and identify opportunities to help customers acquire maximum value from Amplitude. Champion the needs of the market and serve as internal advocate for customers.
