As Senior Account Manager, you'll focus on customer retention and renewals, partnering with Enterprise Customer Success Managers to generate new growth in existing accounts. The role involves renewing contracts, upselling, forecasting, maintaining product knowledge, and cultivating client relationships in the US & Canada.

You will play an important role in maintaining and deepening Nomad’s client relationships by managing a subset of client relationships by identifying and sending them high-quality clinicians. The Account Manager will develop long-term relationships with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with other Nomad key stakeholders.
