Drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery within a specific market. Play a key role in growing partnerships, particularly with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), employer groups, brokers and consultants while identifying new revenue opportunities through additional product offerings. Serve as the primary post-implementation contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
