Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal. Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients, as well as develop client agendas and slide presentations. Lead and/or support calls with client and LMR, faculty, and/or content experts regarding content and direction. Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

The Account Executive works as part of a function, supporting them in the day-to-day servicing of accounts. As part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, and/or Project Manager with the efficient, profitable delivery of projects, creating status reports and financial updates and supporting with the internal scheduling of work. You will also take a lead on organising logistics for meetings and facilitating PromoMats uploads.

The Project Management team is the engine that keeps the agency machine running, solving problems and communicating to lead cross-functional teams from planning to project delivery. PM's collaborate with all departments to ensure work is executed on time and budget, partnering with Account Teams in strategic planning and workflow. As a Project Manager, you will bring a skilled team together to successfully execute and deliver to market, within the agreed time and budget.

The Assistant Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way. The Assistant Account Executive supports in driving the daily activities of a project by communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblock.
