You will be building products that customers love to use, working with remarkable colleagues on complex problems at enterprise scale, quality, and reliability. You'll build a state-of-the-art time series data platform that processes 20M+ workflows a day, working closely with the product team to design and build a data platform that powers the best-in-class enterprise product suite loved by our customers.
In this role, you'll contribute to the development and upkeep of reliable and compliant data ingestion pipelines that support key data flows across the company. You’ll work alongside other engineers on the Fetcher Team to ensure the accuracy, stability, and scalability of our data collection processes. Your work will support internal stakeholders across product, analytics, and business teams.
Work with engineers on key technical decisions, break ties, and escalate short-term decisions that may have long-term impacts on the product and user experience. Maintain alignment between product and engineering and coordinate multiple work streams across the platform, application, and integration teams with a focus on achieving high-quality, on-time deliverables.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance telemetry and command systems that drive cutting-edge marine autonomy solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring you to help build scalable APIs and data storage systems, rapidly iterate on operational UIs, and integrate with diverse external systems.
As the Senior Software Engineer, you will drive planning and prioritization of projects based on product, technical, and business goals. You'll work cross functionally with colleagues to set and execute the money movement strategy for the Debit card and build APIs and data models to work within micro-service and event-driven architectures. Take an active role in mentoring junior engineers, and the processes that support team growth and efficiency.
Develop and refine ML pipelines for agent behaviors using prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and reinforcement learning techniques. Prototype and experiment with novel agent reasoning, multi-step planning, and tool usage for complex, data-heavy domains. Build data pipelines and evaluation frameworks that support rapid iteration and deployment of new agent capabilities.
