As a Fund Administration Relationship Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, strengthening relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting high-quality service delivery across fund administration engagements. You will provide leadership and alignment across cross-functional teams, identifying upsell opportunities and facilitating communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

As an Engineering Manager for AI Initiatives, you will provide leadership to an AI-focused engineering squad, shaping the technical execution of projects that drive Juniper Square's transformation into an AI-first organization. Taking end-to-end ownership of 1-2 strategic AI initiatives focused on areas like conversational AI, intelligent document processing, or AI-powered workflow automation, you will be expected to provide deep technical guidance and actively shape your squad's technical direction.
