The AI Architect will drive Magna’s AI vision from concept to commercialization. You will design and implement AI systems and lead development teams. You will also partner with executives to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value.

• Develop and test features involving LLMs, automation pipelines, or AI-driven tooling.
• Assist with model evaluation, data preparation, and prompt engineering.
• Build lightweight prototypes and internal tools to accelerate experimentation.

• Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy them into production swiftly.

• Lead AI discovery sessions and technical assessments with clients, developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts for real-world applications.
• Guide internal AI product development, evaluating and integrating emerging tools and frameworks into delivery methodologies.
• Author technical content such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts, and deliver presentations at conferences or webinars.

• Design, build, and ship production-grade ML models for high-impact use cases.
• Lead model architecture decisions, data pipeline design, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams to drive AI initiatives end-to-end.
