• Generate high-quality opportunities within the payer ecosystem.

Care Coordinator

• Provide care navigation support for patients, helping them find providers and connect with care or social services.
• Monitor the member support phone line and address patient inquiries.
• Manage patient scheduling, including prioritization, reminders, and provider schedule optimization.

Staff Virtual Doula (Medi-Cal Enrolled)

Responsible for providing essential education, emotional support, and physical comfort to expecting and new families via Pomelo’s proprietary client software. Operate as a key member of the client’s care team, following established Pomelo protocols and best practices to improve birth outcomes and empower families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum year. Deliver evidence-based perinatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum support to clients in a manner consistent with Pomelo standards, in a virtual setting.

Menopause Provider (CNM or WHNP) - PA License

• Deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight that optimizes outcomes for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Review complex patient cases, develop care plans, and support other members of the clinical team.
• Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms related to menopause care.

Software Engineer, Operations Automation

• Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity using AI.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype small AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy them into production swiftly.

Outreach Training and Program Manager

Support the training, quality, and operations of our outreach team. Lead the training and onboarding of new outreach specialists. Support team operations by training new and current hires, performance managing new hires, creating knowledge bases, and supporting administrative functions.
