Help design, structure, and maintain the clinical, operational, and product knowledge that powers both our clinicians and our AI tools. You will be designing & structuring knowledge, making knowledge AI-Ready, maintaining & governing knowledge, and bridging clinical and technical teams.

Build innovative, data-driven products that enhance patient engagement and retention to improve the lives of moms and babies. As a member of the Patient Experience team, you will design, build, and optimize products that create meaningful connections with our patients and drive sustained engagement. You will become an expert in patient behavior, engagement patterns, and retention drivers, playing a foundational role in shaping Pomelo's patient experience strategy.

Enable AI product development through data modeling, measurement, and data-driven insights. We're looking to bring on an experienced data scientist to join a team developing AI-powered products across our platform. As a data scientist on the Care Intelligence team, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that enhance our clinical programs, drive patient engagement, and create new capabilities for our care teams and patients.

Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our patients. This position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week. Key responsibilities include ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment of new patients, identifying and addressing barriers to care, and reducing care gaps by frequent engagements with patients. The role also involves assessing the need for and educating patients on equipment, timely response to abnormal results, and proactively triaging patients for emergency services.
