Report on data entry metrics and work with systems like Google Sheets and EHRs.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be instrumental in building tools and experiences that serve our clinical teams and patients. Your designs will directly impact how users interact with our platform, from clinician workflows to patient-facing applications.

Drive enrollment and activation KPIs through effective coaching, training, and supervision of a team of outreach specialists during evening hours. Responsible for monitoring your team’s performance, and developing and implementing effective strategies and processes to engage prospective patients. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
