  • Patients aren't engaged, connected, and supported from day one, none of our clinical interventions matter.
  • The Patient Experience team owns the surface area where patients interact with Pomelo: the mobile app, the web experience, enrollment flows, and the features that keep people coming back.
  • You'll build things that patients actually use every day during some of the most important moments of their lives.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and prototype full-stack features in our patient mobile and web apps, working closely with design and product to ship things patients love
  • Shape how patients experience Pomelo from their very first interaction, making enrollment and early engagement feel seamless and personal
  • Craft accessible, polished user experiences that work for all of our patients, including those who may not be tech-savvy

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • You have experience building and shipping high-quality software using languages like Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, or similar
  • You have experience developing applications with modern front-end frameworks like React
