About the Opportunity:
- Own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies
- Build scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences
- Identify and implement improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability
Who You Are:
- Operates with increasing scope and autonomy; Senior engineer is not a stopping point.
- Drives technical design and direction. Leads design discussions, navigates trade-offs, and aligns the team around sound architectural decisions.
- Designs scalable solutions for moderate to high-complexity problems.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup
- Experience in both backend and frontend engineering
- Building complex web applications (required)
