The Outreach & Engagement Manager will lead the Community Engagement Specialist (CES) team, responsible for patient outreach and enrollment. This role is focused on driving team performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring enrollment goals are met through structured coaching, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. The manager will play a key role in fostering accountability, training new hires, and refining engagement strategies to maximize impact.

This high-impact leadership role is at the center of our mission to transform care for underserved communities, leading daily management of Pair Team’s most prominent program. You'll ensure operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery while working on mission-critical programs that help fuel the future direction of the company. This is a fully remote position reporting up to the SVP of Field Operations.

As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations team in ensuring all Plan requirements and quality metrics are met through auditing, documentation upkeep, and timely submission of regulatory reporting. You will own completing and communicating internal audit results, executing on multiple compliance projects, and proactively suggesting improvements to our operational processes.
