As a Content Marketing Intern, you'll help shape and execute content strategies tailored to your assigned brand, working closely with CRM, content, and category teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple markets, supporting the brand’s growth and visibility in the digital e-commerce space. You'll be involved in campaign planning support, content creation, CMS operations, stakeholder communication, and content performance analysis.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Advertising Copywriter to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you love crafting compelling messages, shaping brand voice, and working across multiple formats—from digital integrated campaigns and paid ads to social media and CRM—this role is for you.

As a CRM Content Writer, you will craft engaging, personalized, and localized CRM communications (email, SMS, push, in-app) that strengthen customer relationships and drive retention, engagement, and loyalty. Working within the Global\Americas market and across global campaigns, you’ll combine creativity with data insights to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences.

You will support the Internal Marketing Coordinator and the broader Marketing team by executing fast, high-quality administrative and tactical tasks that keep projects moving. This role focuses on short-form content support, content administration, information organization, and outreach list qualification, enabling the core team to focus on strategy and high-value work. This is a part-time role (4 hours per day) that requires speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through.

Drive the strategy, organization, and quality of all CRM content across our global markets while leading a team of writers and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging, localized, and high-performing content for the casino vertical. Elevate our CRM content into a structured, data-informed, and scalable operation that consistently delivers brand-aligned messaging and strong conversion results.

As the Knowledge Management / Taxonomy Expert, you will design and maintain the frameworks that make CRM content personalized, localized, and automated at scale. By creating structured taxonomies, reusable content systems, and accessible knowledge bases, you will empower CRM teams worldwide to deliver consistent, high-performing, and compliant campaigns.
