This role involves crafting content that helps users understand GFiber internet, writing content across Help Center articles, email campaigns, blogs, virtual assistant and self service channels, video scripts and other platforms that guide, reassure and persuade customers. The writer will be an expert in GFiber's brand voice, conveying complex concepts clearly.
