We are looking for a Head of Content Marketing to own & scale Freshpaint’s content strategy and execution, transforming the existing content program into a scalable, high-leverage engine. You will be responsible for building content systems and processes that tell the Freshpaint story and systematize how the impact of content is measured, to fuel the entire go-to-market motion.

As the Growth & AI Content Systems Manager, you’ll be responsible for architecting and operating a next-generation content engine powering organic growth. You’ll take in keyword and topical inputs, run AI workflows, and QA content for accuracy, brand fit, and SEO performance. This role requires balancing speed, precision, and compliance at the intersection of content, systems, and search.
