The Open Source Community Manager is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective maintainers, developers, and community members in strategic open source projects (Fluent Bit, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Perses). The goals are to raise awareness, increase engagement, and drive adoption and usage of and contribution to Fluent Bit, and other communities we maintain or see as strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, marketing understanding, and relationship-building abilities to support the growth and success of our developer community.

The Treering team is seeking a part-time, contract Technical Writer to ghostwrite compelling thought leadership content for our executive team. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who can translate technical concepts into insightful, polished articles that resonate with a broader audience, including educators, parents, investors, and tech industry leaders. You’ll help shape our narrative and articulate our technology’s impact on the yearbook and photobook industry through blog posts, LinkedIn articles, white papers, and contributed op-eds.

This role will lead customer testimonial content facilitation and development for customer service workflows, supporting marketing and sales activities. The Solutions Customer Marketing team includes subject matter experts who develop relationships with our customers and their broader organizations. Activities support building awareness and education on the benefits of ServiceNow’s AI Platform for Business Transformation within the customer service LOB. Success in this role will entail building a strong sense of community with customers.
