Support transaction structuring and execution across debt mandates, including modeling, diligence, and documentation. Conduct capital structure, pricing, and credit analysis across renewable energy asset classes. Interface with clients and capital providers, leveraging AI tools to drive financings from intake through term sheets.

Support screening, underwriting, structuring, and execution of tax equity and preferred equity transactions from intake to closing. Build and update financial models, prepare investment committee materials, and analyze risks and value drivers. Collaborate with senior structuring team members and use AI-enabled tools to drive transactions and improve processes.

Lead a book of debt mandates from IOI through close as the primary negotiator and senior execution lead. Own transaction velocity and close rates, contributing directly to the Debt team's revenue and P&L targets.
