Win mandates across all of Crux’s product lines, including debt, tax credits, tax equity and advise clients on capital structure & capital formation strategy. Support clients through transaction execution and iterate with software & AI teams based on customer feedback.

This is a hands-on role responsible for architecting and scaling the internal systems and automations that power our go-to-market engine. You’ll work across RevOps, BizOps, and Marketing Operations to design low-code workflows, implement AI-driven processes, and ensure our GTM infrastructure runs as intelligently and efficiently as our business strategy.
