The role involves designing and deploying automation-first marketing infrastructure across top-of-funnel and GTM systems. It is tailored for a strategic problem-solver who blends operational fluency with a systems-thinking mindset, automating lead generation processes, and crafting robust marketing operations to help Crux scale.
As a GTM Engineer, you'll build and scale the technical infrastructure powering our marketing and go-to-market operations. This role involves building automated lead generation systems, creating attribution pipelines, and architecting the data infrastructure that drives our entire customer acquisition engine. You will own the technical implementation of our marketing tech stack, build custom integrations and automation workflows, and leverage AI/ML to optimize every stage of our marketing funnel.
This role is perfect for a marketing operations specialist who loves building efficient systems, measuring campaign performance, and enabling marketing teams to scale their impact. You'll be responsible for the operational backbone that enables our marketing team to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads efficiently. You'll own lead scoring, attribution reporting, campaign measurement, marketing automation, and the seamless handoff from marketing to sales.
Reimagine the way transactions happen in clean energy finance, starting with diligence. You'll co-design the processes and systems that define how we ship high-quality AI products at Crux. This framework doesnβt exist yet β and youβll help invent it.
Expand the breadth and depth of our products in a rigorous, analytical way. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to build features that support the renewable energy transition. Support customers and/or domain subject matter experts directly with experimentation and prototyping. Write readable, well-structured code with an eye towards usability, performance, and scalability.
