The Role:
- We're building a subscription research business around our market intelligence expertise, and need a founding commercial lead to take it to market.
- You'll own revenue, building the go-to-market motion from scratch across energy companies, trading desks, and institutional investors.
What You'll Own:
- Build and run the full-cycle sales motion, from prospecting through close and renewal.
- Design pricing, packaging, and tiering as the buyer base diversifies.
- Partner with analysts to translate client feedback into product direction.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of business development or sales experience selling research, data, or information services.
- A consultative, credibility-first style and working fluency in energy, commodities, or capital markets.
- Willingness to travel and obtain FINRA licenses under Crux's sponsorship.
