The Accounting Operations & Transformation Lead will play a critical role in evolving the way accounting operates at Fullscript, managing and optimizing accounting systems, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to build systems and processes from the ground up, designing, calculating, and reporting on accounting operational metrics and KPIs.

Support Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to project accounting and billing. Work with Project Managers to address overdue WIP and Accounts Receivables. Requires excellent 360-degree communication skills and the ability to multitask.
