SEC & ESG Reporting Manager

Role Overview:

• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings with XBRL requirements.
• Work closely with ESG and sustainability teams on regulatory reporting readiness and execution, supporting CSRD-readiness and other jurisdictional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements and evolving ESG regulations, analyzing implications for the company's reporting obligations.
• Support proxy filings, control updates, and global statutory reporting through coordination with external auditors.
• Take initiative for process improvements to scale and optimize financial and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with 3-4 years in Big Four public accounting, plus a BS/BA in Finance or Accounting and CPA.
• Strong technical accounting background with US GAAP, SOX 404, SEC reporting, and ESG standards (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, GRI).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail.
