Role Summary:
- Prepare and draft SEC filings and manage consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
- Support technical accounting, SOX compliance, and cross-functional reporting initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA preferred, with 5-8 years of public and international reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel, ERP (SAP/OneStream), and strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $99,800-$155,000 annually plus performance bonus.
