Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial deliverables during quarterly and year-end close cycles.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Lead financial integration activities for newly acquired business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, with hands-on experience in POC accounting preferred.
