Proactively engage with enterprise customers to provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution for critical technical issues.

Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base, empowering employees with the information they need to succeed. You will build and manage a knowledge system that leverages AI to proactively surface information and answer questions. Proactively analyze why employees are asking questions and evolve our employee training program into a scalable and robust onboarding experience, partnering with teams to integrate the knowledge base into the onboarding experience.
