Alpaca is looking for a Product Manager with deep experience around global and local payment rails, to lead our various payment initiatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our vision towards a global financial platform, and provide seamless solutions to help grow our partners to integrate with Alpaca’s API. This role involves owning product strategy, integrating new payment methods, defining API requirements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the front line in enabling everyone on the planet access to financial markets. You’ll work with our partners (customers) from contract signature through renewal, ensuring they have a positive experience leading to successful outcomes. This role supports Alpaca’s B2B offerings -- you will help customers to launch US securities and crypto trading apps around the world.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining frontend applications that form the foundation of user experience at Alpaca and empower millions of users who trade billions of dollars worth of assets. Working closely with our users and internal stakeholders, we specialize in delivering high-quality end-to-end solutions across the full suite of frontend and backend systems at Alpaca.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain systems and services that form the foundation of Alpaca and empower millions of users who trade billions of dollars worth of assets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing tools that empower Alpaca’s internal operations teams. The focus is on intuitive self-serve interfaces and automation to improve efficiency.

The Director of Market Risk Operations will oversee market risk across a diverse range of products and asset classes, with a primary focus on initiatives within a regulated broker-dealer — including the design and oversight of a portfolio margin program. This cross-functional role will also support risk policy development across other lines of business.
