Your Role:
- Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Alpaca to some of the largest enterprise businesses.
- Provide updates to Alpaca’s leadership team, being transparent with successes, blockers and solutions.
- Stay updated on internal product development timelines, and work closely with the technical teams to roll out new features to partners.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for English & Chinese speaking clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
