US Canada Unlimited PTO

  • Own a portfolio of cases and inbound interactions, serving as the primary point of contact from first touch through resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product behaviors and production workflows; investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and identify root cause.
  • Manage your case backlog with clear ownership and urgency, prioritize work by customer impact, SLA, and escalation risk.

US Canada Unlimited PTO

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes.

US Canada Unlimited PTO

  • Own a portfolio of Film & Television clients post-onboarding, serving as their strategic partner and primary point of contact.
  • Drive client success by deepening relationships, increasing feature adoption, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Paymasters to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and seamless day-to-day operations.

US Canada Unlimited PTO

  • Define and lead Wrapbook’s strategy to tackle fraud holistically at Wrapbook and build Wrapbook’s reputation as a fraud prevention partner in the industry.
  • Take a data-based approach to prioritize and drive Wrapbook’s fraud program roadmap; partner with product, engineering, and design as well as client-facing operations teams to implement a cohesive fraud prevention and response experience.
  • Define, measure, and be accountable for the success of fraud solutions and supporting programs.

US Canada Unlimited PTO

  • Own end-to-end E-Verify processing, including collecting required information, setting up accounts, submitting cases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support client-specific data needs, including generating and updating custom reports.
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies, compliance risks, or process gaps.
