As a Sr HR Business Partner, you’ll drive strategic HR initiatives by partnering with business units to optimize performance management and career planning. You will empower leaders, including executives, to develop and execute organizational strategies, fostering an effective and confident leadership team. You will collaborate closely with leadership to assess and positively impact organizational health.

The Senior PBP will support FloQast’s growth during a parental leave, driving key HR processes for our Research & Development teams. You’ll handle employee relations, and be the go-to for managers’ daily questions—ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Partnering with HR leadership, you’ll keep us compliant and champion FloQast’s culture in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
