• Own outbound outreach to US-based candidates across email, LinkedIn, and phone to drive candidate interest.
• Write compelling, personalized messages that reflect Sprinto's brand and communicate the opportunity clearly.
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the funnel.

Full Cycle Recruiting Support:

• Learn and operate the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline management.
• Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and qualify strong candidate profiles.
• Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data at all times.
