Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience.
- Assist with sourcing efforts including talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development.
- Help build and maintain recruiting resources including interview guides, scorecards, and hiring manager materials.
Experience:
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, or HR.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience or interest in using tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, or CRM systems.
Additional Skills:
- Curiosity around candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
