The Talent Sourcer/Recruiter proactively identifies and engages potential candidates for open positions, using various sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline. This role involves working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a steady flow of top talent in a contract role for 30 hours a week.

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by organizing and streamlining processes, setting up and managing tools like PeopleForce and Notion, and collaborating directly with the PeopleForce team as well all internal teams at SD Solutions. You’ll help maintain the structure and accessibility of our internal knowledge base, coordinate HR-related tasks, and ensure the team is well-equipped with accurate information and systems.

Build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills, and use the best sourcing strategies. Attract and find the right candidates using job boards, iCIMS ATS, and CRM. Establish partnerships with the business development team to understand market, services, and programs. Ensure day-to-day execution of recruiting processes, and support facility retention efforts.

As an Inbound Sourcer, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates using our ATS and CRM systems, acting as the first point of contact and delivering a positive candidate experience while managing a robust pipeline. You will review applications, conduct phone screens, and collaborate with recruiters.

This position manages and enhances the volunteer program by recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers to ensure their effective involvement in Blue Star Families' initiatives. Working with national and chapter teams to align volunteer efforts with the organization's mission and goals, ensuring that all volunteers feel supported, valued, and engaged.
