Director of Recruitment

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Recruitment to lead our global talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth staff augmentation environment. This role is critical to scaling our recruitment engine, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent delivery of top-tier talent to our global client base. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, partnering closely with both internal leadership and external clients, and driving a data-informed and tech-enabled recruitment strategy. You will own and execute the global recruitment strategy across multiple geographies and time zones. Design scalable hiring frameworks and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiter efficiency.
