This role is responsible to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to enhance customer service operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions and support any relevant training activities.

The Senior Data Platform Engineer will design, build, and fine-tune data clusters to support batch and streaming workloads, ensuring optimal performance. You will build and expand our ecosystems to meet evolving business needs and add new integrations and data transforms as needed. You will introduce and scale new data platform solutions, iterating on our OLAP platforms and exploring next-generation data formats.

This role involves the development of a telemetry service using MQTT, delivering real-time electrical and mechanical data to customer-facing systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency in Python (alternatively: Rust) with hands-on experience working with telemetry protocols and real-time data pipelines. You’ll join a project with an established architecture and design direction, allowing you to focus on robust implementation.
