As a Software Quality Assurance Tester in Insider Testinium Tech Hub, you will provide testing for customization and support requests, work with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes, and establish communication with various teams. You will also carry out manual testing, report results, prepare documentation, and ensure proper management of technical integrations.

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to take ownership of the entire CI/CD pipeline quality within our dynamic software development environment. As the QA Engineer and CI/CD Pipeline Quality Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of our continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.

Detail-oriented Salesforce Quality Automation Engineer needed to validate Salesforce configurations, user stories, workflows, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers for timely delivery of high-quality releases. Responsible for designing and executing test cases, managing test plans, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Responsible for maintaining and owning test infrastructure and owning test execution. This includes analyzing test results, responding to alerts from our monitoring systems, escalating issues, managing system OS image creation, managing 3rd party applications and the reimaging of endpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in environment troubleshooting, building and owning test environments, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of our product's interactions.

This job post is for future contract opportunities. Most QA Tester roles involve manual testing of mobile apps and APIs, typically within Agile development teams. Contracts usually range from 3 months to 1 year and are open to candidates in any location comfortable working in a fully remote setup. Opportunities include both part-time and full-time contracts, with working hours generally following day or afternoon schedules based on your regional time zone.
