As a member of the Everbridge Engineering team, the role involves designing, developing, and maintaining modular, extensible, and reusable test cases and scripts, integrating with an engineering team and partnering with other team members to drive quality best practices into the application development process and promoting continuous improvement.

You’ll lead testing efforts, build automation frameworks, and ensure quality across data-driven systems. Responsibilities include test planning and execution, developing automation, validating data pipelines, and collaborating with teams.

Design, develop, and execute test plans for Genesys Cloud CX features, call flows, and integrations to ensure functionality and reliability.
