• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Provide full lifecycle Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for all systems, ensuring availability, stability, security, and performance.
• Perform daily system health checks across all environments, verifying application services, web services, job services, connectivity, and operational readiness.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize Azure-based servers, Windows servers, and hosted application environments, ensuring system uptime, performance, and capacity stability

• Design, develop, and sustain MUMPS routines and VistA REE packages; refactor legacy code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze and document existing VistA REE workflows (registration, eligibility, enrollment) to inform migration and integration with ES.
• Implement integration bridges between VistA REE and ES using HL7, RPCs.

• Implement disciplined software engineering practices to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable application components.
• Contribute to technical design and documentation, maintain source code, and execute enhancements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform testing and quality activities, supporting defect resolution, and partnering with security and operations stakeholders.

• Lead business process engineering efforts to assess current-state acquisition workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture and validate process flows and requirements.
• Produce and maintain architecture and design artifacts that describe system components.

Provides executive Director level management to overall contract operations. Serves as primary customer interface and maintains relationships. Plans and organizes the work effort and oversees the execution.

Analyzes and defines security requirements for computer systems. Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions that meet security requirements. Leads the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide DevSecOps practices, tools, and pipelines.

Manages the software engineering process, reviewing system specifications and requirements to prepare programming specifications. Architects, develops, and implements complex software solutions meeting standards for performance and security, working with cross-functional teams. Provides technical guidance, mentors engineers, evaluates technologies, and contributes to continuous process improvements.
