Drive quality activities including day-to-day delivery of testing operations. Develop test cases/scripts to ensure feature requirements correctness in Jira. Create Automated tests suites. Triage and troubleshoot Defects and provide a root cause analysis. Prioritize investigations with Agile teams. Execute Automated test suites.

Perform software verification, define and execute test cases and scenarios required for software quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Participate in building and maintaining a data-driven test automation framework using automation tools and libraries. Perform debugging and root cause analysis of product issues or defects.

In this role as Senior QA Engineer, you will play a dual role in triage management and QA engineering, ensuring a high-quality user experience and faster issue resolution. You will establish a structured bug triage process while also contributing to test planning, automation, and release validation across key product domains. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes.
