You’ll join a well-established European gaming technology initiative that provides innovative real-money gaming solutions to licensed operators worldwide. The project’s goal is to build engaging, responsible, and high-performing digital entertainment experiences, supporting the launch and continuous enhancement of our eInstant gaming platform offered in a Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) model. Lead the analysis of requirements and collaborate closely with development teams to define and shape deliverables.

This role involves leading the quality engineering strategy across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) and evolving the QA practice from manual testing to automation-first. You will establish scalable processes aligned with CI/CD and DevOps principles and shape the performance, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS platform, leading a team of manual and automation engineers.

Responsible for comprehensive manual testing, test planning, and quality assurance processes as we prepare for a critical product launch and continue to scale our platform. This role is essential to catching issues before they reach production and maintaining our reputation for reliability.

As a part of the Fusion team, you'll be the person ensuring we keep pushing the quality of our products while delivering features quickly and reliably. You'll interact daily with Product, Engineering and Post-Sales teams to make sure our customers have seamless experiences building out their future products with the latest and greatest in AI powered development tools.

The QA / 508 / Test Engineers ensure secure, reliable, and compliant application delivery by partnering with developers, system engineers, product teams, and accessibility specialists to validate features before deployment. We’re seeking experienced and enthusiastic Junior QA Specialist to join the team. As a Junior QA Specialist, you will join our Engineering team to help deliver our product roadmap, enhance our platform, being one of the drivers for quality software development. You will be working closely with designers, product managers, developers and participate in technical and roadmap conversations.
