We are seeking a Bot Build and Support Specialist to join our team and support the development, testing, and maintenance of engagement bots. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and clients to ensure that bots are functional, user-friendly, and visually polished, providing technical, design, and usability support. This position is open to candidates with backgrounds in Web Development, Bot Development, UI/UX, or Automation.

This role involves leading the quality engineering strategy across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) and evolving the QA practice from manual testing to automation-first. You will establish scalable processes aligned with CI/CD and DevOps principles and shape the performance, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS platform, leading a team of manual and automation engineers.

As a Principal QA Engineer, you will play a key role in embedding quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle. Acting as a technical expert and coach, you will champion a shift-left approach, promote best practices in automation and testing strategy, and work across teams to uplift quality standards without relying on traditional QA handoffs.
