We're seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead our QA function and scale our testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems. The ideal candidate maintains a healthy balance between automation and manual testing approaches. This role ensures flawless experiences for our players and can translate complex technical issues.

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA to join our team to build and expand automated tests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation test cases using Playwrightand TypeScript. Design, develop, and implement set of automated test scenariosto ensure the highest quality possible for our releases.

Shape and scale Sardine’s end-to-end quality function - spanning automation, manual testing, frameworks, and strategy. Lead a growing team of QA engineers while also contributing technically to ensure products are robust, scalable, and reliable. This is a 70% IC and 30% management role involving close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.

Work closely with team members to develop, test and deliver high quality products, create detailed test plans and test cases. Prevent, collect, analyze and track product defects and design, develop and execute automation scripts. Perform hands-on manual investigation and root cause analysis of functional backend software issues.

Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and regression tests. Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time. Design, develop and execute automation scripts to increase efficiency.

Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product) to understand requirements and product features; review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Prioritize, plan and execute testing activities. Perform regression tests and apply creative exploratory testing techniques to discover challenging scenarios and edge cases.

Build testing strategies for the features under development. Define, design, and deliver tools and automation framework for our backend systems. Work with stakeholders for crafting test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for product under test. Be a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers for backend testability and design. Create end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex orgs.

Be responsible for both software development and testing tasks and focus on testability, robustness, and performance. You should have advanced programming skills and can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process. Set up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests. Create API automation tests and building sanity tests with testing frameworks which get executed in CI/CD pipelines.

Using conventional and emerging concepts, tools and methodologies, work in collaboration with the Quality Engineering Services (QES) and Agile teams, to provide quality engineering and testing activities as a member of our FHIR Agile team. Execute system integration testing, design and execute test cases, developing, executing & maintaining automation test scripts and work under guidance to understand business requirements and expectations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective leadership and technical oversight. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders, define test strategies, and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality. A significant portion of the work will involve automating tests for the entire product suite, ensuring top-quality product delivery and meeting customer expectations.
