Responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager and team to deliver our most complex changes. Also responsible for delivery of your own projects, end to end, from initiation to execution across the entire Operations landscape. You’ll work closely with teams across Operations and the business, including Product, COps Leaders, our Global Ops teams, Learning and Development and Internal Comms.
Assess the effectiveness of FinCrime controls, such as Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening and Suspicious Activity Report reviews across Retail and Business bank accounts. You’ll play a key role in identifying operational errors and determining their root cause, writing thorough, constructive and balanced feedback to enable business improvements and Investigator development.
Support end-to-end campaign delivery with ownership of setting up, optimising and reporting with a focus on Paid Search, while also contributing to Social and Affiliate activity. Contribute to shaping and executing our growth strategy across key business areas, helping identify new opportunities and scaling what works. Support in developing testing strategies around account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps.

Step into a key Senior WFM Analyst role on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the WFM Service Manager and instrumental in using data-driven insights to perfectly staff our customer operations and service teams. Crucial in predicting our resource needs, proactively identifying risks, and translating those findings into clear, actionable strategies for our senior leaders.
