Join Monzo as a people-focused Team Manager on the evening & overnight team, leading COps squads. You’ll work between 2.30pm and 8.30pm, primarily Monday-Friday, with 1 weekend day in every 8 weeks. You'll support part time COps, deliver coaching, empower your team, and manage performance to help Monzo customers with their financial lives.
