This role ensures preauthorizations/referrals and precertifications are completed according to payor requirements. They assist patients in securing reimbursement and identifying insurance options, working closely with various teams and systems to manage patient accounts and revenue flow.

As part of the pensions service department, you will provide personalized and professional service to participants of over 700 pension plans. Responsibilities include responding to participant questions, updating data, and processing requested transactions. You will research accounts, recoup overpayments, locate beneficiaries, and help with claim paperwork. You will also support the customer service team and drive process improvements.
