Responsibilities:
- Support underwriting of renewable energy project finance.
- Review and analyze project documentation (PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, etc.).
- Assist in due diligence efforts and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
Key Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking – Ability to evaluate complex project documents.
- Attention to Detail – Precision in reviewing contracts and risk assessments.
- Communication – Strong written and verbal communication.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, W2 position with competitive base salary.
- Remote role based in Utah, with in-office requirement averaging once per quarter.
