What You'll Do:
- Manage platform operations and own reporting for bugs, feature requests, and issue resolution.
- Support implementation by structuring data in the Euclid Platform.
- Own Smartsheet administration and support services delivery initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in software support or data structuring roles.
- Understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle or interest in learning.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
