Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing plants in the use of energy management tools, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report energy performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Facilitate energy leader communities, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy management or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Additional Information:
- Reports to Director, Global Sustainability and Energy.
- Travel up to 15%.
