The Logistics Systems Expert will actively contribute to the integration of new logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS). This role ensures the sustainability, standardization, and ongoing innovation of logistics practices. They will also participate in the design, configuration, deployment, and testing of logistics solutions.

Manage tasks, project or task budgets and invoicing, and project delivery schedules. Consistently demonstrate solid writing and attentive listening skills; participate in and/or lead client meetings. Provide mentorship and potentially supervise junior staff, including reviewing their work.

• Architect and own Kraken’s automation platform, with hands-on development in n8n.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflow automations spanning Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, and more.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and build scalable automations that remove manual work and reduce errors.

Design solution architecture for Teleport in a customer environment. Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments and communicate implementation best practices. Act as a point person for technical issues, providing triage and troubleshooting.

You will join a highly innovative simulation initiative focused on building next-generation digital twins and virtual modeling technology for industrial systems. The project develops advanced tools that combine physics-based simulation, geometry processing, and high-performance computing — enabling companies to model, predict, and optimize the behavior of complex machines. Your work will directly contribute to a simulation engine that bridges mechanical engineering, computational science, and modern software development.

• Design secure file workflows, stand up identity, hardening networks, integrating APIs, and proving ROI fast.
• Wire up SAML/OIDC/SCIM with Okta or Azure AD, script automations with our API and webhooks, and unblock gnarly firewall and proxy issues.
• Run admin training and technical handoffs; produce crisp diagrams, runbooks, and KB articles.

• Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations in n8n and Python to reduce manual efforts across team.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for automations; write clear runbooks and drive quick incident response.
• Create operational dashboards that surface data quality, health, and SLA performance.

Oversee the execution of behind-the-meter microgrids and gas-fired power plants for data centers. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, utilities, and local authorities to secure necessary approvals. Lead EPC oversight activities, ensuring all vendors and contractors deliver in alignment with expectations.

• Develop and maintain safety cases for the Kodiak Autonomy System.
• Evaluate ODD scenarios and safety use cases.
• Audit safety verification results across multiple levels of integration.

• Serve as the primary compliance SME for NERC standards.
• Implement and continuously improve Plus Power’s compliance program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to respond to regulators’ requests for information, audits and/or investigations.
