Lead and manage federal, state, and local permitting and NEPA compliance for mining and energy projects. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base in the Mountain West region. Build and maintain relationships with mining companies, government officials, and strategic partners.

As part of Intersect’s Procurement team, you’ll drive complex EPC and equipment contracting. Lead commercial strategy, supplier engagement, and contract execution across multiple technologies. Deliver high-quality contracts that support schedule certainty, cost competitiveness, and strong supplier performance.

Install, configure, and administer NormMaster, TypeMaster, and ImageMaster components in customer environments. Plan and execute changes such as release updates, fix deployments, and other system modifications. Respond to incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting issues and applying configuration changes.

• Oversee project schedules, RFIs, status reporting, and formal communications with clients and subcontractors.
• Develop and review Job Cost Reports for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Quality Managers, contributing to their professional development.

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand their data architecture and design scalable ingestion, storage, and visualization workflows.
• Build and deliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts that mirror real-world data pipelines.
• Guide customers from initial setup through production deployment, ensuring seamless data flow between their systems and Foxglove.

• Lead technical delivery as per domain expertise, contributing to software implementation and integration into customer systems.
• Act as an SME for the organization, coordinating cross-organizationally and independently mentoring project team.
• Lead the Technical Engineering Team to design, deploy, configure, tune, and test GEV transmission and distribution solutions.
