iSpot is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Deal Desk Manager to lead our Deal Desk Team, supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams with deal negotiation strategy, contracting documents, and pricing framework throughout the sales cycle, while working cross-functionally with various departments.

Respond to external and internal customer questions in a timely and accurate way via Zendesk, leveraging JIRA/Confluence where appropriate. You'll apply knowledge of iSpot solutions to interpret and resolve support issues effectively and efficiently, managing escalated issues and interacting daily across market-facing and engineering teams. You will analyze and report on monthly sprints to improve product documentation, providing exceptional customer service and educating stakeholders as appropriate.

Our Developer Experience (DevEx) team needs an experienced DevOps/SRE engineer who can help us attain the goals outlined in our charter: To empower engineering teams by creating or implementing intuitive tools, optimizing workflows, and fostering a seamless development experience. We aim to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation by delivering robust solutions that remove friction and streamline processes.
