You will report directly to the Manager, Sales Engineering, be responsible for working with Sales to design, sell and support solutions to customers utilizing the entire suite of Brightspeed services, work with customers with a consultative approach to understand their business challenges, develop, and communicate solutions to address those challenges.
Monitor and maintain the Brightspeed transport network, open trouble tickets and works the repair of network equipment/facilities. Skilled in equipment-specific maintenance procedures and can assist field ops in card swaps and equipment restoration. Analyze network events and identifies critical issues, setting appropriate priorities to maintain network reliability.
Report to the Regional Sales Director, Enterprise in this role to attract new clients, win new business from existing accounts, and maximize profitability within a sales territory. Work with prospects through the entire sales cycle including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning qualified prospects into long-term customers.

As a Dispatch Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring the workflow for technicians, evaluating and reassigning work as needed. In this key role you will provide updates and status information on the progress of work and escalating as appropriate.
Support IVR and chat self-service platforms through robust data visualization, analysis, and reporting. Serve as the go-to expert for interpreting complex datasets, identifying process gaps, and delivering actionable insights that improve customer experience and system performance. Manage cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and CX stakeholders. Bring strong analytical thinking, data storytelling ability, and comfort presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
