Define the roadmap, understand the E2E process in migrating provisioning applications from one platform to another, lead the team to achieve business goals, and identify solutions for any operational problems. Define the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data of systems to satisfy specified business and technical requirements for order fulfillment. Lead the team in developing and implementing solutions for optimal performance, scalability, and stability.

Plan, design, install, and configure Oracle, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based databases (GCP, AWS) across production and lower environments, ensuring seamless integration with network systems. Implement and maintain robust database architectures to support business-critical applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technical architectures.

This role will use SAP technologies, and will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of applications and solutions to support the bill-to-cash process for Brightspeed. A deep understanding of payment, collections and cash applications processes along with a strong experience in SAP BRIM and FICA modules are required. It will also be responsible for inspiring and leading teams directly and indirectly, delivering exceptional user experiences,and drive innovation.
