The Unison DBA will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things relating to database and PRISM administration, specifically utilizing Oracle technologies. The Unison DBA will provide technical support across various functional departments within Unison, as well as provide client support for our COTS applications.

Plan, design, install, and configure Oracle, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based databases (GCP, AWS) across production and lower environments, ensuring seamless integration with network systems. Implement and maintain robust database architectures to support business-critical applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technical architectures.

This resource will be working Remotely. Senior Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator with a minimum of 10 years of experience, and the candidate should work in EDT/EST time zone from 8hrs to 17hrs and is in or near to that time zone. This role involves developing on CC&B 2.3 with the flexibility and knowledge to work in later versions, designing CI/CD pipelines, preparing and executing deployments, database administration, collaborating with business leaders, and ensuring best practices in development and systems integration.

You'll also be responsible for optimizing the latest commercial version available, and for ensuring that the company's customer solutions are used to the full.

Develop and maintain the DAI technical infrastructure and architecture, ensuring alignment with application functional requirements. Provide sustainment support to resolve key technical issues and ensure integration of all technical components. Follow and improve plans and tasks related to platform performance, dependability, security, disaster recovery, and operational readiness. Conduct hardware sizing, system performance tuning, and upgradeability reviews to advise on the DAI technical architecture baseline.
