You will work with our customers across a wide range of topics from basic administration of TimescaleDB to deep consultative conversations around design, optimization, and implementation. Manage support cases from beginning to end, develop and maintain close relationships with our customers to help them be successful.

You’ll define and automate standards for OS hardening, zero-touch deployments, patching, telemetry, and compliance at scale. This hands-on role blends engineering and strategy to support a secure, seamless experience for our global, remote-first workforce.
Provide remote technical support to all Camunda employees. Administration of tools, including Okta, Jira/Confluence and Office365 systems. Smoothly manage on- and off boarding, including hardware provisioning. Keep an up-to-date and secure IT infrastructure and documentation of infrastructure components.
