Join our Financials team as a Senior Product Owner, where you'll shape the development of our Financials solutions. You will be responsible for maximizing product value by managing the product backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll also support strategy by providing insights from stakeholder interactions, manage detailed requirements, collaborate with UX and engineering, and support market release preparations.

Provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to Unit4 customers in the resolution of support cases and the completion of a variety of other tasks required to support our customer base, working between 12 PM – 9 PM SGT with potential shifts to 9 AM – 6 PM SGT based on business needs.

As a Collections Specialist in our Team, you will manage customer/account queries to ensure clean sales ledger balances, stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts, and manage due and overdue balances, maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers. You'll notify of uncollectable debt risks, focus on Customer Service, and investigate historical data for each debt.

As a Technical Writer you will work as a customer advocate, designing, creating, and editing content according to company standards and processes. You'll review materials created by other Technical Writers, take part in UI strings development, and identify opportunities for content and process improvements.

You will be in charge of delivering detailed and prioritized test plans that meet the testing strategy and product vision. You will define and prioritize acceptance test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria and execute the test cases during sprints. You will monitor test coverage and adjust test cases as needed to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage.

You will investigate, process and document application defects, handle customer escalations and comply with the Company’s information and Security Requirements.
