AI Engineer

  • Design and build production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines, on Microsoft Azure.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms like CRM, ERP, and ITSM, ensuring scale, reliability, and security.
  • Contribute to responsible AI practices and implement governance controls such as data classification, prompt injection defenses, and audit logging.

  • Partner with CSMs to shape customer Success Plans, linking business goals to product adoption and measurable value.
  • Use deep product knowledge to identify adoption gaps, optimization opportunities, and best-practice pathways across Unit4 solutions.
  • Guide customers towards scalable, future-ready ways of working by promoting standard functionality and reducing unnecessary complexity.

  • Take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of U4F customers across the UK & Ireland, driving renewals, expansions, and long-term growth.
  • Manage customer retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Solution Consulting.
  • Conduct structured account reviews and build senior-level stakeholder relationships to position Unit4 as a strategic partner.

  • Shape and drive the development of Financials solutions by managing the product backlog and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Own all aspects of delivery including scope, pricing context, and customer-facing trade-offs while refining requirements with UX and engineering.
  • Manage sprint planning, track progress, and support quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and signing off completed work.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on value-based selling to grow and retain customer relationships, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage complex sales cycles, qualifying and advancing deals with stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify whitespace and growth opportunities, leading negotiations and collaborating with internal teams to drive upsell and cross-sell.
