As a Senior Technical Support Consultant for Unit4 ERP, you are the first point of contact for our customers on IT and Business Application related questions for our solutions. You will provide a professional, efficient, and effective support service to Unit4 customers in the resolution of support cases. You will investigate, process, and document application defects, handle customer escalations, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

You will become a key part of our Quick Call team that provides instant support to buyers as well as their suppliers in large, global companies across many different industries. You will be supporting our Consultants and Customer Success Managers with a wide variety of tasks. You will get a chance to participate in different Customer meetings such as Implementation meetings, Annual Business Review meetings, Upsell meetings etc. You will also be given your own project(s).

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Vice President of Product Management to lead our industry strategy for a next-generation, AI-powered ERP platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of the services industries—including professional services, public sector, and other verticals—are deeply embedded into our product roadmap and delivery.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage and drive the end-end recruitment process globally, with a focus in our EMEA Region. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, advise on best practices, and attract passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques. You will conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit, maintain regular communication with candidates and promote Unit4's positive image.

Driven and business-minded individual is needed to join our sales team in a support capacity that goes beyond traditional admin roles. This person will play a key part in powering our commercial success — analyzing data, suggesting improvements, driving project planning and follow-ups, preparing impactful presentations, and supporting the sales processes. You’ll be working closely with executive sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
