We are looking for a Global Support Engineer I who can support a remote-first, flexible shift schedule and advance your career as a support engineering professional. As a NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any IT issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and supporting the rollout of new applications. Ensure the smooth running of our networks to provide maximum performance and availability for our users and customers.

This role involves application monitoring and performance troubleshooting using tools like APPD and LM to identify and resolve issues, providing technical guidance and support to the project team, designing solutions, creating documentation, and participating in on-call 24X7 support. Coaching junior team members, performing root cause analysis, and taking ownership of assigned tasks are also key responsibilities.
