As a data analyst, you will analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions primarily across Marketing and FP&A at Backblaze. You’ll use your expertise in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Salesforce to navigate Backblaze’s complex data environment, producing insights as an Individual Contributor, and be a trusted thought partner in driving impact at Backblaze.

Create historic records that clearly outline how our service is being utilized and pinpointing where possible issues could arise. Parse code visually to see what the customer’s code is doing and having the knowledge of the B2 and S3 compatible API’s to discern what is going on in the user code. Be a liaison to our larger customers and reach out to them for technical checkup on a scheduled basis.

Backblaze’s B2 Cloud Storage is a disruptive offering in the market, offering AWS S3 compatibility and excellent performance. The Sr. Product Manager for B2 will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the evolution of cloud storage and the customer problems in the space and determine the product strategies to address those problems. Understanding customer problems through interviews and market research and translating them into requirements is critical.
